Our bands are identified by their colour. Each colour indicates the resistance or strength of the band.

Red - 12.7mm

Black - 20.6mm

Purple - 31.75mm

Green - 44.5mm

Blue - 63.5mm

Orange - 82.5mm

 

We recommend using the red, yellow, black and purple bands for strength exercises and even the Green if you are llooking for that added resistance to a band resisted squat.

 

We recommend the Green blue and orange for stretching exercises and for use for holding at the hips.

 

These bands are very versatile and can be used when a gym is unavailable.
